This programme mirrors closely the ‘Understanding Leadership’ programme with a specific additional module for parents. Perhaps the most challenging leadership role rests on the shoulders of parents. Parents are typically unprepared, confused and in awe of their new found responsibility and often find themselves isolated and feeling vulnerable. This programme will explore parenthood through the various categories of leadership and will welcome collaboration from other agencies and organisations.
