Dedicated Educational Leadership and Management Training
NCLI will provide a comprehensive offering of dedicated educational leadership and management training and continuous personal and professional development courses for aspiring, new and current school leaders. This will include various elements, such as mentoring, short workshops, seminars, certificate programmes, Graduate Diploma, Masters and ultimately PhD qualifications.
In addition to the intrinsic value of life-long learning, CPD creates a natural structure for professionals to aim for throughout their career. The style of programme from graduate upwards will combine a blend of academic research, case studies, research thesis, etc. with action learning that is directly relevant to the staff and children of their own school.
NCLI will engage with recognised third level institutes to accredit post-graduate professional development courses to Certificate, Diploma, Masters and PhD qualification levels.
